I work with this old(ish) Mexican dude who thinks it's hilarious to tell us ladies to drop it like it's hot. I always pretend like I don't know what it means so I asked him if he could show me.
He started twerking but was only shaking his butt and I told him it looked like he was trying to shake off that one sticky turd that seems to be stuck just on the outside of your asshole but is also technically on your butt cheek.
Adulting is great when you feel like you kinda get it figured out. Go forth and prosper human. Congratulations!
Good for you! Keep it up! That self-esteem has to be off the charts right now.
Do you know how many times I've asked the googles if I spelled it right because both looked wrong and I felt stupid? Too many times.
Thank you! I'll celebrate when I log back on and it says: Balance:$0
Oof. You must really want to be a vet. That's fuckin scary.
- I suppose it's the least they could do for all of my years of service and sacrifice.
Nowhere even close to that my dude. Like. Nowhere.
But like the Neitherworld receptionist, Miss Argentina, says to Barbara and Adam Maitland in Beetlejuice: This is what happens when you die. And this is what happens when he dies. It's all very personal.
Your life situation may not require 12 years. Mine did. I'm just glad I finally got here and you will too. Sending future congratulations.
Thank you. Congrats to you too!
Over $30,000, which when looking at 100k loans seems insignificant, but I graduated during the recession, couldn't find a job, couldn't start paying until forced to at the end of the grace period, by which time the interest had piled up.
Payed only minimum payments as a single parent until I could afford to pay more each month. Threw tax money and bonuses at it for years all while raising 3 kids with no child support.
Man. I don't think I ever really broke it down like that, to even myself, until just now. That's heavy.
I've also managed to pay off my kid's braces 2 years and 4 months in advance. There is no better feeling than sacrifices and hard work paying off. Being an adult sucks sometimes but when you get it right, it feels amazing.
Absolutely. I carpe'd the shit out of that potestatem.
Student loans are such a terrible burden. I hope everyone gets the good feels one day.
I do have a 401K and I put in 12%. Going to 15% next year after I starting planning and paying for my cremation.
It kind of legit feels like that.
Thanks! And congrats to you too!
Thank you so much!
Thank you!

I hope not. It was in forbearance because of covid and it said no interest was accumulated.
Thank you!
My husband was having a nightmare about his feet touching seaweed and he freaked out and kicked me like 6 times while screaming and throwing the blanket off us and almost falling out of bed.
I want to be a computer nerd. Like the kind that can sit in front of 3 monitors and watch nature videos and porn while playing an RPG without crashing everything and being able to fix it if it does. My solution to fixing anything is to restart it. After that, I'm lost.
