I'm like you, I too often feel depressed (and before that, I had depression). I find it hard to get out of the house and socialize.
However, I am one of those who think that if I cannot be happy, at least I will try to make the people around me happy, that is why I decided to be part of this community.
But guys, it doesn't have to be like that. I'm not going to get optimistic and say that every day is sunny, because it's stupid. No. Life is hard, it's difficult, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.
However, there is one thing that is helping me.
I stopped spending the day watching TV shows and eating junk food, I feel better about myself (now I only spend half a day xDD).
I even started going to the gym, following the training and nutrition plans Juanma gave me (https://mrfitnesscience.net/). He has helped me personally a lot to improve, so I recommend him to you completely (you can see my success story on his website).
I can't promise that you will suddenly stop feeling depressed and your life will be awesome, but it can be the first step.
Remember, the first step is not the most important, it is always the next one!
