Wow, looks like every accountant ever.
also weird Google thinks this post is from 2015
The video of this murder is one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen.
Yep. I deeply regret watching that video. It was so disturbing I was left shaking.
Omg I'm glad I'm not the only one. I can usually look at pretty disturbing things and not be bothered by them, but this, and the sounds, were basically every nightmare I've ever had about being shot. Except I wake up when I start to fade. This horrified me. My heart was pounding, and I was shaking too. Regretful for watching that is an understatement 😖
Same yea that's what's soldiers deal with, have to like catch your breath n shit cause its so disturbing , its the sound that's really the most disturbing I think. Brutal cold blooded murder.
My dad showed my mom and I the video without even giving us a heads up. I was pretty pissed off with him for a few days because he didnt even tell us what it was about. He just showed it to us with no fucking back story. I would have politely declined had I know wtf I was about to see. I don't need to see a person's last seconds on earth. That's why this whole social media culture pisses me off. People are way to desensitized and share any and everything like it's nothing.
My brother sent me a video with no context, its weird because once i saw it was a video, i had a feeling it was what it was, but not knowing about the whole situation in the first place. I thought it was super disrespectful that he wouldnt warn me.
Exactly. My cousin sent me this video and I wanted to shred him. He’s a 50 yo idiot who just had a baby and he’s watching videos like this at 2am. I just gave him a thumbs down, but I was infuriated. Shortly after 9/11 I started to watch a beheading video (I don’t know why) and could only watch a few seconds of it. It bothered me for like a week. I know I’m on socially media now but I would be so happy if it was gone.
I don't appreciate your usage of the word "desensitized". Rather I think it is the individuals who refuse to acknowledge even the smallest iotas of human nature are the ones that are "desensitized". This is reality and these things happen. Your dad is trying to maybe teach you a hard-learned, valuable lesson. Now im not saying you should watch these videos, but there are aspects of them that have boundless consequences, good and bad. idk food for thought.
dude the screams, the calling for help, the recklessness of this murderer along with his confidence... what the fuck man, i've seen some shit but this one hits differently, idk if this is because of the sound or not but it just stuck with me
Omg that’s terrible. Where is this terrible video?
Don't watch it. You'll regret it, I promise.
Watched it. It was pretty ok.
What a terrible video? How about what terrible people for allowing a situation to escalate to this, and what a terrible person for murdering 2 ppl for an agrument over snow that will melt in a week or so. All idiots and shows how the sin of PRIDE can become deadly for all.
How about the video was great and everyone in it was lovely. Was....
Stop being edgy, is this where you wanna be when Jesus comes back? Acting like you're The Joker, thinking you're Patrick Bateman?
I like to think of myself as Christian Bale.
You are trying pretty hard
I’ll probably get downvoted for this but he was a victim in this incident as well. I see him similar to the bullied kid in school who one day decides to stand up to his bullies by bringing a gun to school. Now of course this isn’t how you deal with your problems, if only he could have found a better way.
It’s just such a sad thing to see all the people involved so obviously consumed by hatred that their humanity no longer exists. This is just a heartbreaking thing to witness. This is a reminder why the world needs more kindness and compassion. Bullying is never okay, no matter your age.
I feel he was already suicidal and he just took out out two bullies along the way. It’s sad but I think he was pushed to his limit in that moment.
The whole "bringing a gun to school because of bullying" is an urban myth that was started in the 90s by Newspapers who didn't want or care to look into why those racist anrachists shot up Columbine. You can project all you want, victimhood doesn't mean anyone owes you their life. That's like saying because you're a virgin you've got the right/have to see if from his side, when he rapes a women.
He was not a victim, Jesus Christ! You people are insane
That's such an odd story. It sounds like the victims were absolute assholes provoking him. But of course, they should not have been murdered!
Every person has a breaking point
Video is the toughest watch I've seen in a while.. stuck with me a bit
Me too. I wasn't even given a option. My dad just showed it to us with no back story. I was mad at him for an entire week. Shit had me waking up in the middle of the night with anxiety.
Shoulda been in Reddit when watchpeopledie was a subreddit. Watched a dude moaning in pain as his face was skinned off in an apparent South American Cartel territorial dispute killing. Or the video of Firefighters burning to death in a brush fire they got surrounded in.
I started watching gore videos convincing myself I was waking myself up to reality and trying to steel myself incase I ever came face to face with any similar real world horror.
Can only say I’m more pessimistic and jaded now then i used to be like I can feel watching this shit took a toll on me and desensitized me a bit. But videos like this still disturb me
They definitely provoked him. They shouldn't have died but they weren't innocent.
What an example for your special needs kid inside your home, right? The couple's behavior was shameful. Screaming profanities, homophobic slurs, throwing an ice scraper at the guy, threatening violence etc. If that's how the two of them conducted themselves in public, I can't imagine what their home life was like.
Their actions were utterly stupid, and although it shouldn't have come to it, they also got them killed subsequently. Murder wasn't the answer here but literally everything the two of them did in this situation was absolutely senseless all the way from berating the guy as he had a gun pointed at them to not even attempting to save their own lives when the bullets started flying.
You know the more I think about this and the more I see the video it comes to me that these Goys somehow wanted this outcome. We've all heard and seen examples of suicide by cop but this was suicide by neighbor. Saying and doing the worst possible things and continuously egging him on. They knew better than to trespass on his property when asked NOT to do so. And the filth coming out of their mouths especially with their special needs son confused and horrified what was going on. James Goy had just lost a sister in December to cancer, another relative a little earlier and the stress of caring for autistic child. Tough challenges.
They didn't really give him much of an option. They threatened him with bodily harm.
Totally agree, play stupid games win stupid prizes
Spaid killed with a shovel you say?
No, he shot his neighbors over a snow shoveling dispute.
Straight up and over.
Is that a pun? Lol
I mean, we gotta call a spaide a spaide here
What am I missing? I don’t see this guy’s picture at the URL in the original post. Can someone just post the picture, not some link to a paywalled news article.
Yeah, the link takes me to a page showing some sort of meeting.
He's the one with the glasses and red hair. It only shows his profile.
Not able to see it without logging in. It looks like it’s loading some sort of meeting, but then you just get hit with a paywall.
Been looking for a picture. Thanks bro.
Thank god. This murder suicide has been on my mind since I saw it when it first happened. I needed closure of what he looked like. I’ve not been able to shake it.
Now I do have closure, I’m shocked he looked like that, not thug like, not criminal like, just a regular looking guy. You just never know
I needed to see it for closure as well. I honesy don't even think about the incident anymore and prefer it that way because it was really affecting me. Finally seeing how he looked help me move on.
Would someone kindly share a link for me? Everywhere I go, it isnt accessible. I just wanna see it to give my 2 cents. These comments....i need to see.
If you search hard enough you will find it.
I have searched for days and can't find a picture. This censorship is ridiculous.
Im not sure why it's not working for you because I'm still able to access it.
So, these were my neighbors. James and Lisa lived in the house directly to my house, and Jeffrey across the street. I knew James and Lisa, but Jeffrey never talked to anyone and wasn't seen other than leaving and coming home, or taking care of his lawn. I witnessed this happen. My little brothers are the kids in the video. It was horrifying.
I'm glad your brothers got out of there in time.
Thank you, me too. Obviously we didn't realize what was happening at first. It was snowing so hard and so quiet because the snow was blanketing the sound. The first round of shots mostly hit the car and made a metallic sounding noise that we didn't realize were shots fired. It was fucked up. The bodies laid in the street for hours because the coroner couldn't get to the scene due to the snow. It's just wild, nothing like that ever happens in my community.
Wow I have so many questions, did the Goys’ seem to harass Jeffery? People have said they’ve had an ongoing feud, did the neighborhood know of this?
Did James and Lisa seem like decent people? Or were they kinda like they are in the video? What a crazy morning to wake up to though holy shit, glad your brothers were able to get away safe
They're like they are in the video when they're mad, but could be friendly. I used to live with my mom behind them and shared the fence of the back yard, and then I moved in June 2020 and ended up being their next door neighbors. They had some sort of issues with my mom and her husband, I can't remember what about. We made nice when we moved next door, as my mom left her ex-husband and I left my ex-boyfriend I lived with,, which is how we ended up moving into the house next to them. Anyway, they were always very opinionated and loud. Super right wing. Had a lot of shitty opinions- racism, homophobia, etc. (When they found out I had a girlfriend it was weird af and super judgy). But anyway, they've had ongoing issues about that parking spot in front of Spaide's house that may or may not have been his property? The Goy's had the city put a no parking sign there "so they could safely pull into and out of their driveway" which was a bunch of bull and just to piss him off. Obviously it's horrific how they died and the whole situation, truly. There is no justification for this, and it's tragic in every meaning of the word. My heart hurts for Alex.
This is a weird question but do you know if Jeffrey liked guys? I dunno I've seen on this Facebook page about it a lot of people seem to be saying that he's gay and I don't know why they would think this.
I've heard that rumor, but I honestly have no idea. I didn't even know his name until this happened. Some people say that because Jim called him a homophobic slur in their argument.
Well that kids never gonna step outta line
This is why I need to tell my dad to stop messing with our neighbor, smh.
