This man I hope he ends up winning this lawsuit against the city and the bounty hunters. There has to be laws put to prevent bounty hunters to act like this too. I understand it’s their way of life but follow state laws. Does anyone know who these cops were? Based on the video they didnt even verified who these guys were.
Bounty Hunting is a profession that should have gone the way of the horse and buggy a century ago. NY State needs to outlaw all of these assholes from operating within the state. If they are caught operating in the state treat them like the criminals they are.
Not sure if you know this or not, but it seems like as good a place as any to point it out -- calling them "bounty hunters" sounds cool, but it's incorrect. The basic premise these days is it's not going after "bounties" placed on fugitives by the government, it's a bail bondsman who fronted a bunch of money for the accused to get out on bail. When the accused fails to appear in court, the bail bondsman (who is out a lot of money if the court revokes the bond) picks them up and takes them to court so the bondsman can get their money back. That's what Dog the Bounty Hunter was up to.
A recipe for disaster (especially if the accused gives a fake address to the bondsman, as I'll bet was the case here)? Hell yeah. It's a terrible system that needs to be changed -- getting rid of bail for low-level offenses was a good first step.
The bail bonds business is as predatory as they come. Ending cash bail for low level offenses is great for a lot of reasons but it will also have the lovely side effect of putting a lot of slimey bail bondsman out of business.
I don’t think that’s the case here (the fugitive giving a fake adress to the bondsman upon release) because the video even states his adress was not listed on anything associated with the bond. A professional bondsman would know he can’t kick down the door to a fugitives family member or friends house (even if he’s toms theyre there) the only house they can enter whenever they’re and however they want is the adress listed on the bond (which would have to be confirmed to be the fugitives residence or whoever paid the bonds residence)
See, I was about to comment how weird and stupid it was to still have bounty hunters... but holy FUCKING SHIT. How is that even a little fucking bit legal?
How is it cops let those men point a gun at an innocent man and raid his house? You point a gun at me at my house without a cop and I'm pulling my trigger.
Exactly. And this is just another example of how cops just work for those with money. I've seen plenty of instances were cops are right behind the "bounty hunters". If they're there already, they should be the ones doing the job and detainment. Stupid and fucked up system.
Not ban them all together but at least regulate or do something to prevent something like this from happening. Not sure how true this is but if a detective goes to a different state following clues on a wanted person he/she would go to the local police department and identify themselves and what they are doing there just in case they get arrested and has an excuse on what they were doing.
States are free to regulate them now and some states just don’t give a shit because they are fine with the idea of non deputized private citizens arresting other private citizens over a matter of a loan (bond). It’s absolutely nuts that they are allowed to cross state lines and operate in any capacity.
Its a profession but threatening innocent people is a no go. I’m not sure if they need a license though but I’m pretty sure the company or agency they work for should be registered but from a comment below it’s mentioned they aren’t licensed in NY which makes sense since they are from PA.
The worst part is, in a way, yes. Bounty hunters aren’t involved with police in any way. They’re hired out privately by bondsmen to track down a fugitive, and are paid a % of the bail value.
Since the defendant and bondsman sign what is basically a civil contract, and the bondsman is obligated to enforce that contract. When you sign a bail contact, you forfeit your constitutional rights, and basically agree to being arrested by the bondsman in the future. This means there’s no requirement to have a warrant / probable cause to enter the persons home / arrest them, since that person is fully aware the arrest would happen, and has agreed to it.
Bounty hunters as far as I’m aware have the ability to to forcibly enter a defendants home without cause or a search warrant in many states. However, there needs to be absolutely no doubt that it IS the residence of the fugitive. The right to search / enter doesn’t extend to family members / friends.
There’s a couple states that still require the hunter to have a court order / warrant, and some that require the hunter to be registered / licensed. Bounty hunting is illegal, as it should be, in a lot of counties, including USA’s neighbours, Canada and Mexico.
What you say is mostly completely false. So called “bounty hunters” are just regular citizens. They have no special powers. The contract between bondsman and defendant is a civil agreement enforceable ONLY in court. Even if defendant agrees that bondsman has access to his property 24/7 but when bondsman shows up tells him to go and screw himself bondsman does not have ANY authority to knock his door down or really do anything that involves physical force. All he can do is go to court and ask judge to send court marshal or a sheriff to enforce the contract.
Mr. Cole, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
I think it's funny that many people have replied telling me I'm wrong, but none have provided any type of source that provides information against what I have said. Even without a source, none have provided information in general that goes against what I've said. The extent of what I've gotten is "you're wrong". That's not very informative, nor helpful for anyone wondering how/why I am wrong. If you're so sure of the abilities of Bounty Hunters, please provide me with some new, updated, accurate information.
There has to be laws put to prevent bounty hunters to act like this too.
Bounty hunters should be subject to the same laws as the police: they need a warrant or probable cause (evidence) to enter private property.
The cops in the video didn't do anything because bounty hunters are supposed to be regulated by The Department of State. I think the cops assumed they were registered, legal bounty hunters. But they are not and police should verify this before allowing them to operate.
The Department of State regulates bounty hunters and licensing and says “Bail Bonds LLC, located in Lebanon, PA is not licensed in New York State as either a Private Investigator or a Bail Enforcement Agent.”
Yea they should’ve verified first before even attempting to assist or whatever they did. They didn’t have a warrant which should’ve given the cops there a red flag but seeing how some cops don’t give a crap about anything I believe they were there just to see a show.
The amount of angry I'd be if those assholes entered my home with weapons drawn, while lying about having a search warrant would probably never end, I'd spend the next 10 years litigating them in every avenue I can imagine.
If you watch the video the truly scary part is how completely clueless the two cops are. Wondering out loud to each other what agency the bounty hunters are with. They have now clue who these two men with shotguns are, they have no clue what legal authority they are operating under. Those two cops just aided in an armed home invasion and were so completely untrained and ignorant that they didn’t see anything wrong with it. I hope this family sues the bounty hunters into bankruptcy and tacks on a hefty sum from the tax payers for the complete incompetence of the police.
This is the worst part, these men should’ve been arrested on site if they were unable to provide a search warrant. Good to know if a distant relative of mine gets caught up in the law I’ll have my door broken down and home searched while BPD watches. My opinion of BPD has been low for a long time but sheesh
My completely conjecture of a guess is their boss told them to take these guys over there. So they took them over there. Doesn't mean BPD isn't at fault -- the boss said to take them over -- but when your boss tells you to do things, you generally do it. It wouldn't surprise me if it was pretty standard for bail bondsmen to go to local cops and ask for help apprehending someone just to head off the "There's a guy with a gun at my house! Shoot him!" 911 calls from wanted men who legitimately should be behind bars.
That said, I agree the whole situation is FUBAR and I hope literally everyone involved beyond the residents get the book thrown at them -- jail for pointing a gun at someone and payouts from the company and the city so big that the baby a month from birth never has to worry about paying for college or a home in its life.
I don’t know anyone who works in bail bonds but I did know someone who worked in asset recovery, repossessing higher end vehicles like RVs and such and often all they would have to do is make a call to the non emergency line, say something like “hey, this is so and so with so and so recovery and we are out here about to repossess this vehicle, could you send an officer out to make sure things are smooth sailing.” And some bored cop would show up, it keeps the peace and gives the recovery agent an air of authority as well. I’m not sure if it’s in this video on this post, but on one of the videos I saw, it ends with a supervisor showing up and saying this was a failure on the part of the police, so who knows if the Buffalo police even have a policy to follow for this scenario, but it definitely wasn’t followed. As much as I’m a pro gun ownership/ pro self defense, if I see armed men on my porch and a cop car outside, I’m still calling 911, requesting more police and a supervisor immediately so all of that shit is on record if it goes sideways.
Also, since these bounty hunters felt so emboldened and lawless, what would have prevented them from "interrogating" that poor man? There seems to be an utter disregard for civility and rules as of late.
The fact that a lawyer goes through years of training, must pass a state level exam, and is then beholden to that state level organization in order to practice law, while a police officer goes through only a few months of training to enforce the law seems pretty backwards. I would really be fine with paying more in taxes if it meant that the police had more comprehensive training, over a longer period, and were held to a much higher level of accountability for their actions.
The more I think about it, defunding isn't so much the answer as is making damn sure the funds go toward more (extensively more, years and years more) training. They don't need all the military equipment and mall ninja shit. They need a vehicle and in most cases, a lot of de-escalation training. The weapons aren't going to be needed most of the time with the proper training.
What about these guys trying to commit suicide by cop? If they know that the cops aren't going to shoot them, no matter how stupid they get, and if the cops are very highly trained in non-lethal self defense tactics, a lot of that will stop. Yes, there will be the occasional situation where a cop has to use lethal force, but it should be the absolute last tool in their kit. As it stands now, the first tool is yelling. Second tool is more cops yelling. Third is everyone starts slinging lead with no regard for the safety of anyone else around.
Training won't help until cops like this are charged and convicted like the criminals they are. There's no profession where you can train employees on the right way to do things, but then not follow through with any consequences and expect them to stick with the training just because.
Bounty hunters work for bail bondsmen - they're private guys and the only public aspect of what they do is that they need a license to operate (which is alarmingly easy to get).
So - they're using the tax dollars of the city of Buffalo to help protect the business of some bail bondsman.
Now someone might say "They need the police because it's a public safety thing" and if you're right, then you don't need the bounty hunter - if someone skipped bail, let the officers do it.
Lol what do you mean? Showing up with their dicks in their hands not having a clue what they are doing, putting random citizens at risk, then collecting their paycheck is their job.
Grounds to yeah but these guys might have been clowns but they came in with shotguns and body armor. Not exactly something most people are prepared to deal with. Everyone likes to think their rambo but chances are you would end up getting killed.
If 2 guys showed up at the door at night, armed demanding entry (that are not cops), I'm sure some people wouldn't think twice to defend themselves and their family. Cops should be the ones serving warrants, not a private agency. No knock raids have had a history of people defending themselves thinking it's a burglary, I could see how this can easily be mistaken as a legitimate threat.
If 2 guys with guns are at the door, do you risk them running into your house towards your family? Its a shitty situation but these guys shouldn't have the authority to enter someone's house. Anyone can say they're a bail bondsman to try to enter your house and these guys refused to show their paperwork. Luckily it didn't end in a firefight but with the way they operate, they're lucky it didn't.
I'm not saying to never defend yourself, but in THIS situation the police are there giving an air of legitimacy. If it's JUST the chuds there, call 911 or have someone else call 911 while you make the decision whether or not to take action and then act on that decision. In any situation I wouldn't want to risk my family but sometimes it's more a risk to wait for help to arrive.
fucking scum bags. words cannot describe how much i hate this police department. its like theyre in competition with RPD to see who can be the bigger piece of shit
Uh, this was two home invasions, along with about 30 other felonies. The bounty hunters and police involved should be spending the rest of their lives in prison. What the fuck.
So the police didn't even know what agency these guys worked for? They could have just showed up with phony paperwork and could have just been random dudes. Then they're just allowed to break into a house pointing guns at people. How ridiculous. No confirmation that they're legit and they're not even from NY state. Totally absurd in every way.
2021 and people (who can afford it) still have to go to civil court for matters like these instead of the city, state, police, etc. doing the right thing
and people wonder why everyone who's not a cop or a politician are pissed off
i know it's speculation but imagine what could have happened if this family were African American
Bro they won't even be able to go to court for a long as time with how backed up the court system is cause of covid. Don't worry though that whole time judges couldn't work cause of covid they were still getting paid.
Lets just clarify what happened. Police saw a group of armed men force a resident out of his house at shotgun-point, and allowed the gunner to search his house without even knowing of the person was telling the truth. When the gunner found nothing, he walked off hand in hand with police, and the armed man presumably just went home or harassed someone else. Meanwhile, in the same country,
Within the same week, a person was walking home from work and got arrested because he didnt feel like talking.
This, this right here, is why people were upset, are upset, and will continue to be upset until something substantial is done.
Here's the thing, he'll win a lawsuit involving the buffalo police, he'll get a pay out, but it just comes out of rhe taxpayers money, no cops will lose their jobs, won't cost them a cent, you and I will just pay for them screwing up.
“The civil lawsuit was filed Thursday against the City of Buffalo, Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood, the police officers at the scene, the two bail agents and the bail company among others.”
How is this not home invasion, the plain and simple? They should be charged with kidnapping, home invasion, brandishing a firearm and about ten other felonies. Civil suits are fine but this group needs to go to prison for this.
So I’m wondering since they are not law enforcement, had no warrant, and were at wrong house...would the homeowner be within his rights to defend himself from armed intruders as he was fearing for his families life?
Considering bail bondsmen aren't government officials, this looks like it's forced entry with a firearm at the very least. They also pointed guns at every person in the house which is a threat to life and can justify self defense.
This is a complete and utter outrage. My only hope for some modicum of justice is that the bounty hunters are presumably not protected by a police union so the PA DA might not be so reluctant to take decisive action.
They don't get a wanted poster and hunt down random people. They bail someone out of jail and don't get their money back if he runs. They need to track them down and bring them back to court.
There are multiple felonies committed on video and in sight of police officers. The police watched as these men illegally enter someone’s property, assault with a deadly weapon, impersonating a police officer, etc.
If this doesn’t prove the police are not their to protect you, I don’t know what will prove it.
The bounty hunters need to arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The police officers need to be fired and charged as accessories to the crimes committed.
Never ever talk to law enforcement without a lawyer and do not let them in without a warrant that is specific to that property and what/who they are looking for.
This poor fella deserves a MULTIMILLION lawsuit! The bounty hunters and police should all be fired and locked up! Why the fuck even have a constitution if it can just be shit on all willy nilly like!
In no way is it any justification, but the police officers sounded completely clueless, like they weren’t even sure what was going on. How does that happen? If they knew what they were actually doing I have a feeling it would’ve went differently. They sound confused. Again, I agree this is super disgusting and saddening.
Literally this shit happens all the time..... someone tipped off to the police that my brother(on the run then) was staying at my parents house, which we haven't seen him in 2 years. They came and raided our house at 2 in the morning, waking up my parents (who worked early) and my 12 yo brother. Tearing out furniture and throwing shit ..... all with guns too. Mom tried to take legal action, but of course, ONE of many to be swept under the rug!!
This shit happens in the hood every day , 4 officers went into my house because MY ADRESS DIDN'T EXIST EVEN DO THEY DROVE ME THERE GOT MY KEYS AND OPENED THE DOOR.
Proves one thing, the cops are always on the side of the people with money. Bounty hunters only function to collect payment from a bails bondsman. This isn't the first story I hear of cops helping bounty hunters. Why don't the cops just do the job if they're going to be there? And do that job legally as well.
This happened to me as well... cops with no warrant, forced their way in looking for someone who wasn’t there for a false pretense. Too expensive to fight back
One year ago when the pandemic first was ramping up and they didn’t have masks. Thankfully the dogs weren’t inside so they didn’t shoot them. They of course found fucking nothing.
I do not support raiding the home of any private citizen (especially without a warrant), but I am curious to know what the homeowner’s relative is wanted for. Considering the limited “law enforcement” presence, it appears the relative was likely wanted for a minor/non-violent “crime.” This would not surprise me, but it is important to include this information in the narrative as it will force the public to (hopefully) consider the financial and social cost of militarized “policing” tactics. I am impressed by the homeowner’s ability to remain calm—and I am glad the family does not own a dog.
This is why I bought my gun. This is why I took the CCW class. This is why, once I get my permit, I’ll carry and train regularly. And it’s why I’ll buy more weapons to have at the ready. Because shit like this just happens, and the people our taxes pay to “protect” just...fucking stand there.
In my opinion he had every right to shoot at all those m f’ers including the pigs. It would definitely not have been wise though since he was clearly outgunned.
See, this is where the bounty hunters were smart. They threatened to kick down the door but didn’t enter the home until they got permission to search the home. Now, they got that permission at gunpoint so that it’s unlikely that holds up in court, but they knew exactly what they were doing.
They were never given permission. The homeowner asked if they had a search warrant, they said yes, he asked to see it, and they never produced it and ordered him to step aside at gunpoint.
This man I hope he ends up winning this lawsuit against the city and the bounty hunters. There has to be laws put to prevent bounty hunters to act like this too. That thought makes we want to throw a parade! Trying to think of a better unintended consequence.
and a glorious day it will be
They said in the video that his address didn't show up on any of the bonds paperwork. They didn't say at all why at all they ended up at his house.
They used an online database that pinged all of his likely relatives and took a chance. Fucking assholes
...
Did not know this about bounty hunters. That is a very dangerous system for sure.
I don’t think that’s the case here (the fugitive giving a fake adress to the bondsman upon release) because the video even states his adress was not listed on anything associated with the bond. Sounds like some mafia type shit.
Honestly. This isn't facking star wars here. Get rid of them.

Yea that is what gets me. Wouldn’t it be kidnapping if they would’ve captured who they were looking for and take him across the border?
...
No. Ban them altogether. We don't give citizens law enforcement powers, for a reason.
The US is one of the very very few places on earth where they still allow that shit. It's ridiculous.
Because we're a shithole country in so many aspects. This is just one thing on a long list of things we're so fucking behind on.
Seriously, does being a bounty hunter give you a license to run around sticking a shotgun in people's faces?
Its a profession but threatening innocent people is a no go. I’m not sure if they need a license though but I’m pretty sure the company or agency they work for should be registered but from a comment below it’s mentioned they aren’t licensed in NY which makes sense since they are from PA.

Didn’t know that. I wonder what happened after they left.
Well obviously not what should have happened! They didn't get immediately arrest by the cops. Shit, I doubt they ever end up arrested.

This is one reason why citizens should be armed, and ready to defend their home.
Cops usually wont prevent a home invasion.
And apparently, will occasionally sit around to cheerlead a home invasion and tacitly lend it the weight of authority
Bounty hunters should be subject to the same laws as the police: they need a warrant or probable cause (evidence) to enter private property.

Fuck their way of life. It's a shame they didn't get shot.
Retards.
...
There’s about to be some wild people doing an astounding amount of mental gymnastics to say they deserved this. It’s very disturbing.
Guy probably got caught with weed 8 years ago or somethin.
Assuming that is sarcasm exactly lol
Sadly there probably people lurking who would say that with 100% sincerity.
Don’t forget the Rambo fantasies where they’d open fire on two armed men on their porch with a cop car outside.
The FB comments will look something like:
SOMETHING DOESNT ADD UP!!!!! MORE TOO THE STORY THEYRE NOT TELLING US!!!!! DONT TRUST THE DEMONRAT NEWS THEY ARE LIEING TOO US!!!!
The bounty hunters are really El Chapos guys looking for a rat.
To me this is one of the scariest stories I have seen in a long time. What if they had murdered someone? Why did the police stand and do nothing?
If you watch the video the truly scary part is how completely clueless the two cops are. Wondering out loud to each other what agency the bounty hunters are with. They committed an armed home invasion and held a family at gunpoint, which is also kidnapping. They should get substantial prison time.
Did you see the Brianna Taylor murder? Police tend to stand there and do nothing.
Or when they do something it tends to be even worse
It's even worse when they do something, like murder Brianna Taylor.
Bit pedantic, but Breonna*
Also, since these bounty hunters felt so emboldened and lawless, what would have prevented them from "interrogating" that poor man? There seems to be an utter disregard for civility and rules as of late.
Because it’s buffalo. If this is the most insane thing I hear about the BPD this week, it’s a pretty good week.
My god, I can't even imagine how scared those people were!
Spoiler alert: Cops don't get in trouble. They can go around the law whenever they want and face zero consequences.
What type of training do police get if any?
I'm starting to think they're just trained to lie their way out of trouble.
Another shameful example as to why police need serious reform and defunding.
The cops won’t get in trouble but this dude will get a fat pay day from the city and that bounty hunter operation
Based on this NPR interview with a law professor who became a cop to better understand how the police should be reformed, it sounds like a major recurring theme is personal safety and the risk of getting hurt/killed in the line of duty.
It takes more training to earn a beautician license.
...

So, did they have a warrant!? Wouldn't the cops make sure before this all started that these clowns actually in fact had a warrant?
If it was a warrant wouldn’t only the cops be there? What is a bounty hunter anyway? Why are bounty hunters from PA waving guns around in Buffalo?
And why are they being helped by police officers?
Bounty hunters work for bail bondsmen - they're private guys and the only public aspect of what they do is that they need a license to operate (which is alarmingly easy to get).
So - they're using the tax dollars of the city of Buffalo to help protect the business of some bail bondsman.
Now someone might say "They need the police because it's a public safety thing" and if you're right, then you don't need the bounty hunter - if someone skipped bail, let the officers do it.
This is gestapo shit.
No they didn't as per something I read on it early on. And no of course BPD didn't do their job and make sure these guys were on the up and up.
BPD rarely does its job.
Lol what do you mean? Showing up with their dicks in their hands not having a clue what they are doing, putting random citizens at risk, then collecting their paycheck is their job.
Absolute pigs and wanna be pigs
Bail bondsman are not government agents. Looks like forced entry with a firearm to me, could've been grounds for self defense.
Not to mention I wouldn't want to risk my pregnant wife, 3 year old child, and my tenant(s) and their children
Train your loved ones to hit the fucking ground when they hear gunfire outside of a controlled enviroment
...
fucking scum bags. words cannot describe how much i hate this police department. its like theyre in competition with RPD to see who can be the bigger piece of shit
RPD?
rochester
Ah. Ok.
Raccoon
Uh, this was two home invasions, along with about 30 other felonies. The bounty hunters and police involved should be spending the rest of their lives in prison. What the fuck.
So the police didn't even know what agency these guys worked for? They could have just showed up with phony paperwork and could have just been random dudes. Then they're just allowed to break into a house pointing guns at people. How ridiculous. No confirmation that they're legit and they're not even from NY state. Totally absurd in every way.
My wife’s car just broke down. I’m about to go to Buffalo, tell the cops I need to “repo” a TV and car
Holy hell. I can’t even imagine what my reaction would be. Gun pointed at my three year old isn’t going to end well for someone...
The biggest problem is that it probably wouldn't end well for you, even though you are completely in the right.
America is a police state.
Cha-ching
true but at the end of the day it's taxpayer money...
Hate to be a Buffalo tax payer right now. Lawsuit time.
Oh look, another reason to make bounty hunting illegal and force police to never enter a home without proper warrant in hand.
Is the the new season of Book of Boba Fent or what the fuck is this. Cops being so dumb is way too believable
Back in the 80's A bounty hunter broke into the wrong house in Tampa, FL and got his ass shot & killed with 12 Gauge Buckshot from the home owner.
Meanwhile, in the same country, Within the same week, a person was walking home from work and got arrested because he didnt feel like talking.
This, this right here, is why people were upset, are upset, and will continue to be upset until something substantial is done.

AngryCops has to do a video about this...
Shit he might have been there
WOW
This family should be moving to a safer neighborhood with the lawsuit money they'll be getting. The more, the better.
Good thing he had all the video recorded, freaking ridiculous and outrageous.
Bills mafia getting out of control
😂
THIS is how people get shot
Bpd are hysterical
This could have been A LOT worse. What if the homeowner was armed and stood his ground? What if a bounty hunter inadvertently shot?
Buffalo sure has a lot of dumb and/or evil police. There's a new incident every other week.
Wth, bounty hunters? Didn’t realize it was 1899. For real though this is still a thing how is that not illegal?
Bail bondsmen.
They don't get a wanted poster and hunt down random people. They bail someone out of jail and don't get their money back if he runs. They need to track them down and bring them back to court.
It's definitely a bottom feeder profession.
Fucking maggots
Bounty hunters? Is the US a third world country?
I'm so glad I don't live in a country where shit like this happens.
Cops were probably waiting for an old man to show up so they could push him down the stairs.
Not a lawyer but know your rights.
This is terrifying
Sue them for every penny they have.
Sounds like a shitthole town with an incredibly corrupt police
He's lucky these thugs weren't hell bent on violence or this could have turned out tragically.
Nope....not right, snd those cops? Dirty
Would not at all be surprised if the bounty hunters had an monetary arrangement with the cops.
I imagine nobody died. Lucky them.
He could have just Hammer Downed the shit out of them and get a 4k. What a noob
Take their bounty certificate or whatever. And sue their pants off! Thats shitty work.
fairly sure that this was posted on tiktok a few weeks ago. it’s still unacceptable what they did.
These must be the same people who have been trying to contact you regarding your car's warranty.
Bruh is lucky he didn’t come to my house acting like that.
Must be Tuesday
tuesday, must be.

Commands: 'opt out', 'delete'
This poor fella deserves a MULTIMILLION lawsuit! The bounty hunters and police should all be fired and locked up! Why the fuck even have a constitution if it can just be shit on all willy nilly like!
Did anyone else at first hear this as:
"Bounty hunters from out of space"
I wasnt even looking at the screen and my mind was blown until I did and now I'm just disappointed
The funny thing is, had he stayed in his house, the law is likely on his side to shoot the bounty hunters for entering.
im sorry what?? bounty hunters are real???? you Americans are fucking nuts
Bail bondsmen
Only in the Buff ! 😩
This shit happens in the hood every day , 4 officers went into my house because MY ADRESS DIDN'T EXIST EVEN DO THEY DROVE ME THERE GOT MY KEYS AND OPENED THE DOOR.
Thank GOD there were cameras...
Sue the shit out of them
Do police departments not get tired of paying out massive settlements?
How fucking dumb are the police, they don't even know who these people are they're assisting?
Were they being paid under the table or something?
In the words of dave chappelle: he got the "n*gga treatment"
ACAB. and I guess it includes Dog the Bounty hunter and his fuck face friends.
Excuse me but wtf are bounty hunters and why do they exist?
Fuck all these assholes.
Proves one thing, the cops are always on the side of the people with money. Bounty hunters only function to collect payment from a bails bondsman. This isn't the first story I hear of cops helping bounty hunters. Why don't the cops just do the job if they're going to be there? And do that job legally as well.
That bounty hunter should be in prison, those cops should lose their jobs and the victims should get a sizeable settlement. Absolutely disgusting.
No search warrant...” come on in boys! Want some coffee?” FUCKING ASSHOLES. I hope they have to pay DEARLY.
Gross

This happened to me as well... cops with no warrant, forced their way in looking for someone who wasn’t there for a false pretense. Too expensive to fight back
How long ago? Did you ever talk to a lawyer?
One year ago when the pandemic first was ramping up and they didn’t have masks. Thankfully the dogs weren’t inside so they didn’t shoot them. They of course found fucking nothing.
Deranged,
Why are the police allowed to harass and terrorise people in their own home ?
Why the fuck are bounty hunters even a thing. Such a bizarre and outdated practice.
Why did people call them gentleman?! Gentlemen do not draw guns on women and children!
Bounty hunters seems like very awful people. Is it so?. I'd like to see the follow up of this
fuck this stupid bullshit leave these people alone bruh smh fuck 12💯
Bounty hunters 🤣🤣🤣
I do not support raiding the home of any private citizen (especially without a warrant), but I am curious to know what the homeowner’s relative is wanted for. Considering the limited “law enforcement” presence, it appears the relative was likely wanted for a minor/non-violent “crime.” This would not surprise me, but it is important to include this information in the narrative as it will force the public to (hopefully) consider the financial and social cost of militarized “policing” tactics. I am impressed by the homeowner’s ability to remain calm—and I am glad the family does not own a dog.
But if you killed these dumbass men making a huge mistake illegally entering YOUR home, YOU’D be the one in trouble.
LAWSUIT!
My hot take: Do not open the door. Dial 911 immediately. Keep them talking. Find cover..
This is why I bought my gun. This is why I took the CCW class. This is why, once I get my permit, I’ll carry and train regularly. And it’s why I’ll buy more weapons to have at the ready. Because shit like this just happens, and the people our taxes pay to “protect” just...fucking stand there.
Shoulda just shot the invaders once they broke in, then seeing more of their friends outside popped off a few more rounds
In my opinion he had every right to shoot at all those m f’ers including the pigs. It would definitely not have been wise though since he was clearly outgunned.
...
See, this is where the bounty hunters were smart. They threatened to kick down the door but didn’t enter the home until they got permission to search the home. Now, they got that permission at gunpoint so that it’s unlikely that holds up in court, but they knew exactly what they were doing.
He didn't give them permission though. They had guns drawn and falsely claimed they had a search warrant.
And they should have been cut in half by buckshot through the door.
...
They were never given permission. The homeowner asked if they had a search warrant, they said yes, he asked to see it, and they never produced it and ordered him to step aside at gunpoint.
Never once did he give permission and permission by coercion (in this case at gun point) is not legal permission.
They weren't smart in any way and in nothing they did here.
Lol what. That wasn’t permission. If I hold a gun to your head and say give me this, that doesn’t count as you giving me a gift lol
